My favorite part about working for Anchor is our clients. Even when I have a care plan, every day is different and it is so much fun. The administrative staff makes Anchor different than other companies I have worked for. They support the clients but they also support us. They will give you a hug and commiserate with you when needed. I’ve never had a company that treated me this way. It is the best company I have ever worked for!
